モスクワの停電はテロだった？
ロシア・チェチェン共和国独立派のニュースサイト「カフカスセンター」によると、モスクワや隣接州で２５日に広範囲に起きた停電で、チェチェン武装勢力の指導者バサエフ氏は２７日、組織の工作隊が変電所を攻撃したとする犯行声明を出した。ロシア当局は停電後、テロの可能性を否定しており、真偽は不明だ。（毎日新聞 2005年5月28日）バサエフ氏の犯行声明によれば、ロシア政府は今回の停電の本当の理由を隠しているとのこと。
